defcon 5, 32L Black

The bag is really well made. I used it for a 3 day trip and fitted clothes, tablet, chargers etc. I didn't have a laptop so put a thin hoody it that compartment. Its easy to pack because it opens wide like a suitcase. Its comfortable to carry because of the wide shoulder straps and has a thin hip strap that I didn't use. I was able to tuck it away behind a flap that I presume is there to thread a wider padded hip strap at a later date. It seems rugged and comfortable enough for every day use. I expect to use it a lot and I'm very happy with it. This is the 1st time I have purchased from ukmc and would definitely use them again, great service and fast delivery.

great on airplanes

I bought this pack for traveling. It's been great on airplanes as it's small enough to take on board as hand luggage so I don't have to hang around at the luggage carousel. I takes all my clothes, toiletries, book, maps, camera etc and my small laptop with a little room to spare. I tend to wear micro-fibre clothing to keep the weight and space used as low as possible. All the zips and buckles seem to be well made and should last me for years. I've lugged it around a lot of trains too and had no problems. It sits well on my back and is comfy too. It's not waterproof but resists rain quite well. I added a Snugpack rain cover for heavy rains in the far east. Overall I'm very satisfied with the Defcon 5 Easy Pack.
