Returning your goods is quick & easy
Throughout UKMC's 25+ year history we have built up a good reputation based upon the sale of quality and reliable Police, Military & Outdoor equipment and clothing. Unfortunately nothing is perfect and regardless of brand or price sometimes things do not workout. It is in these instances that we at UKMC excel and our excellent Customer Service can help you get the problem solved ASAP.
If the item/s are unused and still in their original packaging we accept all returns up to 100 days after purchase. We do understand however that some of our professional customers are sometimes unable to meet this 100 day limit and handle these matters on a case by case basis in this instance. We do however not cover your postage costs unless we have made a mistake or been at fault with any part of the delivery of the order or if the item/s are faulty.
When returning items back to us please bear in mind the value of the items you are returning and how quickly you need them to arrive back to us. UKMC cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay or damage to items being returned to us. If in doubt, please ask at the Post Office which format they recommend. We only cover postage costs up to the value of the original postage unless prior arrangements are made. Please include a written note with your full name, address, telephone number/email and a small description of the problem or exchange requirements. No downloading and printing of return forms needed.

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order for up to 14 days after having received it. No reason needed, simply return the goods in the condition in which you received them and we will provide you with a refund. Please note that all cancelled orders will only be refunded if the products have been unused/unworn and not by handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from having received the product/s in question. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us in writing by making a clear statement of your intent to cancel. You can use one the following methods:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the Right to Cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.)
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in the value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of any unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than:
a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provided evidence that you have returned the goods, or
c) if there were not good supplied, 14 days after the day on which we were informed about your decision to cancel this contract
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur fees as the result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the good backs or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Returning the Goods
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend using a Signed For method of delivery, UKMC cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not make it back to us or that are damaged in transit.
