MAGNUM STRIKE FORCE 6.0 SZ | Mid Height Side-Zip Boots, Black

I have used Magnum’s for the last 20 years of Patrol. They are to size, comfortable and easy to look after. UKMC was the best price I could find for these boots and their service fast. Would recommend the boots and store

UKMCPRO-Excellent delivery of the Magnum boots and they are quality. The Boots is comfortable and Very light.

Delivery excellent and very quick (next day) but disappointed overall in the boots due to the very small opening to get your foot in, so much so that I won’t wear them anymore. As a boot they are good but let down by the small foot access. The zip aspect is useful but unfortunately not quite as I had hoped.

Unlike a lot of boots you don’t have to break these in for too long. For me, around 30-45 mins of waking around at home and they were fine. Everything feels robust and the Michelin sole is really good. Super comfortable if you’re going to be on your feet for 8+ hours. Cannot emphasis ho important it is to get the zip version if you’re going to use these regularly. Love the minimalist look, especially once you’re trousers cover everything above the ankle

Glad to be a repeat customer of UKMCpro and also of Magnum boots. First, UKMCpro: great prices, good website and very fast delivery. This is my 2nd pair of boots from them, but definitely not my last. Next, Magnum boots. This is my 2nd pair of Magnums - my first being the Stealth Force 8.0, which were supremely comfortable and very long lasting. I wanted to try a slightly lower boot and needed safety toe cap, so opted for the Strike Force 6.0. I was slightly worried whether they would be as good as the Strike Force, but so far I’m very happy with them. I’ve been wearing them for a few weeks now and here’s a few observations. The single side zip is very good, with the top velcro securing tag better than my previous boots. My last pair had twin side zips, which made them incredible easy to change in/out of. The higher ankle/leg also made pulling them on easier. At first, the Strike Force was tougher for me to pull on, as I only have one hand - even with the zip fully open. However, as the days go on, they get easier - although I still think the6 will never be quite as easy as the 8.0s. They are also not as instantly comfortable as the Steal Force, but I think this is partly due to the composite safety toe and slightly more rigid feel (perhaps because of just one zip, not two?). On the plus side, the sole is excellent and within a few days, I really like them. I wear them all day for approx 12 hours, driving, walking and manual handling and they are better suited to these tasks. They look slightly smarter too and appear slightly smaller looking, although they fit just as nicely as my last pair. If they last as long as my Stealth Force boots, I’ll be very happy indeed, but so far so good.
